About the Role:

We are looking for a Founding Product Lead to help transform the way customs brokerage operates. You will immerse yourself deeply in the day-to-day processes of a customs brokerage, understand the valuable process and help shape AI products to automate them. The goal is to 10x operator efficiency.

We are intentionally designing the HQ to be a small team so we are looking for someone with leadership experience but eager to be hands-on and use the latest technology to help create leverage for yourself and the team. We will deploy our product into companies that we acquire so as to capture a large share of the value created.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and map the operational workflows within our customs brokerage business.
• Identify opportunities for automation, streamlining, and AI-driven improvements.
• Work closely with operators to design tools that improve throughput by 10x.
• Translate operational insights into product requirements and deliverables, leveraging the latest tech tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to build and iterate quickly.
